This historic landmark was initially constructed as a gift to a cotton broker’s bride, but it was soon converted into a Civil War hospital. Group tours are available by appointment.

The lovely 3-story Duff Green Mansion was constructed by skilled slave labor and was used as a hospital for Confederate and Union soldiers during the Civil War. Large ballroom available for private parties and receptions. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.

    The Battlefield Campground is located just half a mile from Vicksburg National Military Park and a short distance from various restaurants. Stays are enhanced by numerous amenities, including clean restrooms, a laundry facility and high-speed Internet.

    Sunday - Monday 5:00 am - 2:00 pm; Tuesday - Saturday 5:00 am - 4:00 pm.

    Another gem erected in the mid 1800s, this Victorian-Italianate mansion has six beautifully adorned rooms that are perfect
    for a relaxing retreat or a romantic weekend. Guests may also choose to stay in Abigail’s 1880 Guest House, which boasts a 55’ gallery with breathtaking views.
