The 2025 call for applications begins November 6, 2024, and applications are due December 3, 2024. The applications will be reviewed by the Vicksburg Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors Marketing Committee and then approved by the full board.

- Greet visitors arriving by cruise ships, host walking tours, and volunteer at events & conferences
- Receive communications about upcoming events, new attractions & restaurant openings
