7th Rhode Island Monument Rededication

The 7th Rhode Island Monument was severely damaged on 13 April 2019 by a tornado that passed through Vicksburg National Military Park. Through the efforts of the park and the Friends of Vicksburg National Military Park, the statue has been repaired to its former glory. Please join the Department of Tennessee with Mississippi, the Friends of Vicksburg National Military Park and the Vicksburg National Military Park for the rededication of the monument and honor the brave Rhode Islanders who fought during the Vicksburg Campaign at 9:00 a.m. inside the Vicksburg National Military Park, 3201 Clay Street.
