This event will begin at 12:00 pm at the Vicksburg Public Library. All classes are great for beginners and prenatal/postpartum. Wear your regular clothes, this is perfect for limited movement, those recovering from surgery WITH doctor approval, and those just starting exercise.

Saturday, 11:00 am – 10:00 pm
