The luncheon will be at 12:00 pm at the Southern Heritage Air Foundation Museum Hangar located at the Vicksburg-Tallulah Regional Airport, 175 VTR Airport Rd, Tallulah, LA. The cost is $15 per person and is free for the military and veterans. Reservations are required.
