The Miss Mississippi’s Outstanding Teen Pageant will be Saturday at 2:00 pm and Sunday at 3:00 pm at the Vicksburg City Auditorium, 901 Monroe Street. There will be two preliminary competitions on April 22 and the crowning on Sunday, April 23.
