This event will be from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Vicksburg City Park, 100 Army Navy Drive. A pop-up shop featuring vendors selling goods such as food, jewelry, clothing, accessories, etc. There will also be a costume contest and trick-or-treating for kids.
