This event will begin at 5:30 pm at the Vicksburg Public Library, 700 Veto Street. This class is offered free of charge for ages 16 and up. Classes are great for beginners and prenatal/postpartum. Wear your regular clothes, this is perfect for limited movement, those recovering from surgery with doctor approval, and those just starting exercise.
