This event will begin at 5:30 pm at the Vicksburg Public Library, 700 Veto Street. This class is offered free of charge for ages 16 and up. Classes are great for beginners and prenatal/postpartum. Wear your regular clothes, this is perfect for limited movement, those recovering from surgery with doctor approval, and those just starting exercise.
Open daily 5:00 am – midnight or later.

Hours of Operation: Tuesday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Friday 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
