Our meeting space RFP is for planners who require 10 or more sleeping rooms only. If you are planning an event for ten or more but don’t require sleeping rooms please fill out the Service Request Form.

To generate an accurate RFP, we require:
- Full contact information, including organization or group you represent, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses. Please also indicate which method you prefer for correspondence.
- We need to know how many attendees you expect, the number of peak hotel rooms required to accommodate them and the size of your largest meeting. If you need exhibit space, please tell us how many square feet you will require.
- Please tell us the dates you require, including the number of days for setup and take-down.
- Lastly, please include any other information you feel would help us generate your RFP in the most timely and efficient manner.
