The second-oldest home in the Historic Downtown District and residence of Alexander G. McNutt immediately preceding his taking office as Mississippi’s 12th Governor in 1838. Listed in the National Register of Historic Places in addition to designations as a Mississippi and Warren Country historic landmark.
