Take the kids to play at Catfish Row Children’s Art Park. Located in Downtown Vicksburg on Levee Street, this park features a playground, splash fountain and gardens. Plus, murals line the floodwalls of the adjacent river, and art walls display artwork from local schoolchildren for fun visual touches. All season long, summer camps are available, so kids can make new friends, explore the outdoors and have some summertime fun.

Taking place between early May and the end of July each year, the Vicksburg Farmer’s Market is open to the public on Saturday mornings and Wednesday afternoons.
