At nearly two centuries old, the McNutt House – named for Alexander McNutt, Mississippi’s 12th governor – is one of the oldest in Vicksburg. Tours are offered daily, by appointment, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

As seen on the Biography Channel,Governor Alexander McNutt’s home prior to his becoming the State’s 12th Governor is among the oldest residences in Vicksburg and is listed in teh National Register of Historic PLaces in addition to State and COunty Historic Landmarks. Individual and group tours are available by appointment. Master Card, Visa, and Discover cards are accepted.
