This event will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Conservatory of Fine Arts, 930 South Street. The course is $145 per person and includes supplies and instruction. The class is from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Vicksburg-Warren County Chamber of Commerce, 1622 Washington Street, Room 221. Don Barrett, Trustee of the American Battlefield Trust, will share insights into the preservation of this site and outlines what lies ahead including opportunities for local leadership and stewardship as the Trust looks to transfer the land to civic-minded partners.
